Day 1
Day 2
Day 1
Day 1 – Marrakech – Ait Ben hadou – Ourzazat – Zagoura
- Depart from Marrakech early in the morning.
- Drive through the High Atlas Mountains, with a stop at Tizi n’Tichka pass for picturesque views.
- Visit Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO site, and enjoy a guided tour.
- Continue the journey towards Zagora, passing through the Draa Valley.
- Arrive in Zagora and experience a camel trek into the desert.
- Reach the desert camp and savor a traditional Moroccan dinner.
- Enjoy a night under the stars in the Sahara Desert.
Day 2
Day 2 – Raa-Valley Ouarzazate, Marrakech
Departure at 8:00 a.m. from Marrakech We will head towards the Atlas Mountains. Our first stop is at the Kasbah of Aït Ben Haddou, which is home to around six Kasbahs and you will be amazed at the ancient feel of the place. After our stop at the Kasbah, we will head towards the town of Ouarzazate. Here you can see the place where many hit Hollywood films were filmed. The Living Daylights, Gladiator and Lawrence of Arrabi, among others, have all seen the clapperboard in this city. We also stop at Atlas Film Studios. There is a 3 euro entrance fee to the studios, which has not been included in the price. In the afternoon, we cross the Drâa valley. You will see a beautiful oasis and a magnificent landscape which will make you take photos at regular points. At the end of this day, we will find our camels and go up to the Berber desert camp. Overnight stay in Berber tents will include a sumptuous evening meal and morning breakfast
